Agreement Terms :

Gift Certificates must be used within 6 Months.
10 Packs must be used within 10 months.

No Refunds or Credits.

MMX Studios will not refund you for unused credits in your account.

Transfer: You may transfer your gift certificate to another person who is an MMX member or has prior approval. Yoga classes are not transferrable and can only be used by one person at one time who is an MMX member or an approved guest.

FREEZE:

MMX Studios will allow you “freeze” your account for up to 2 months at a time within a given year. You must provide written notice of freezing within 2 weeks prior to expiration.

MMX reserves the right to terminate your gift certificate at any time and for any legitimate reason, in MMX's sole discretion, including , but not limited to, belief that you have engage in inappropriate behavior with MMX Pros, or MMX believes that you may otherwise present a threat of harm to an MMX Pro or employee, or you are disruptive in a class or session.

Representations.You represent that you are physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease, infirmity, and other illness would prevent your participation in any activities and programs of MMX, including, but not limited to, you receiving bodywork or taking a class.

Assumption of Risk.You knowingly intelligently and voluntarily accept all risk associated with bodywork, the club membership, and any services offered or rendered by the membership program, and any services offered or rendered by MMX or agents.

Indemnification.You waive, release and forever discharge MMX and any officers, agents, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and all others acting on their behalf from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages resulting from your participation in the activities offered by MMX, including injuries or damages caused by any negligent act or omission of the released parties or in any way arising out of or connect with your participation in any activities of MMX and/or the club program, including, but not limited to you receiving bodywork..

Tips/Gratuity. You acknowledge that a tip is not included in a GC purchases for private session and you can arrange to add a tip to your gift by emailing mmxnyc@gmail.com or advise the receiver that tip is not included. You agree to advise the receiver that a minimum tip in cash of 12% or more for the masseur service, unless the service was less than satisfactory. In that case, you will email MMX feedback on the service vis-a-vis expectations.
